OUR ENDOWMENT FUND: Is a fund in perpetuity. SJW operates under the auspices of the Chester County Community Foundation. SJW has a contract with the Chester County Community Foundation that ensures that our mission and vision will be funded year after year after year in perpetuity. To date we have designated $400,000 of your donations to this fund. Our short-term goal for this fund is $500,000. Our long-term goal for this fund is over $2,000,000.
